
Ukrainian culinary blogger under the nickname katia_cooking_ shared a recipe for potato pancakes with mushrooms.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of potatoes;
- one onion;
- two eggs;
- salt to taste;
- 1.5 tbsp. l. flour.
Ingredients for mushroom filling:
- 400 g champignons;
- 1 tbsp. l. flour;
- 300 ml cream;
- one onion;
- 20 g butter;
- salt, pepper and herbs to taste.
Preparation
- Grate the potatoes, salt them and drain the excess liquid. Add grated onion and all pancake ingredients and stir.
- Fry pancakes in a frying pan on both sides until golden brown.
- To make the filling, fry the chopped mushrooms and onions in butter over high heat for about seven minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add flour and stir. Then pour in the cream and cook over medium heat until thickened. At the end, salt, pepper and add herbs.
- Pour the sauce over the deryuns before serving.
