What does the integration of KSeF with the National Node mean? The Ministry of Finance writes in a statement that “Thanks to this, KSeF users can authenticate in the system using the mObywatel application, MojeID – electronic banking, e-ID and trusted profile.

He adds that integration makes it possible quick and convenient identity confirmation, gives greater freedom in choosing the authentication method and ensures a high level of security when using free login tools.
How to log in to KSeF using mObywatel?
To log in to KSeF, you just need to have the mObywatel application on your phone. No additional authorization tools are needed. The login process works based on solutions well known from other systems and public e-services. It is simple and intuitive.
- After entering the system, the user indicates his/her willingness to authenticate using login.gov.pl.
- Selects the login method: mObywatel application.
- A QR code is displayed, which must be scanned using the mObywatel application.
- The user confirms the willingness to share data.

KWIE provides a uniform, secure authentication mechanism for state and commercial systems and services, enabling the use of various means of identification. The integration of KSeF with the National Node was created in cooperation with the Central IT Center (COI).
