According to sources close to the Pentagon cited by Reuters, current military preparations are much more advanced than previous ones, such as June's Operation Midnight Hammer.
The United States sent two aircraft carriers to the Middle East last year, carrying out attacks on Iranian nuclear facilities.

“For now, oil prices are likely to remain within a certain range, and withdrawing any diplomatic progress in U.S.-Iran relations may have a limited impact on markets due to the serious political obstacles to reaching a lasting agreement,” said Vandana Hari, co-founder of the consulting firm Vanda Insights, before the weekend.
She emphasized that “increases in raw material prices may be limited, unless a U.S. attack on Iran becomes inevitable“.
