This pie will not only delight you with its unique taste, but will also charge you with vitamin C. Although the tradition of baking it has become less popular in bakeries, with this recipe you can enjoy the taste of homemade lemon pie, inspired by French culinary traditions.
Ingredients:
- Egg: 3 pcs.
- Sugar: 140 g
- Vegetable oil: 120 g
- Yogurt: 100 g
- Vanillin: 8 g
- Lemon: 1 pc.
- Flour: 250 g
- Baking powder: 12 g
Preparation:
1. In a deep bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until a fluffy white mass forms.
2. Add vegetable oil and yogurt to the mixture, continuing to beat until smooth.
3. Add vanilla. Grate the lemon and add the zest to the mixture. Then squeeze the juice from the lemon and also add to the dough.
4. Beat the ingredients well again.
5. Gradually add the sifted flour and baking powder, whisking until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
6. Prepare a baking dish (diameter 28 cm), cover it with parchment. Pour the dough into the mold, spreading it evenly over the surface.
7. Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45 minutes.
