
Stuncture is one of the most affordable and universal vegetables from which you can cook not only hot dishes, but also interesting snacks. If you want something acute and piquant, you should try this recipe.
It requires a minimum of effort, but the result is unexpectedly tasty:
Ingredients
- 500 g of young zucchini
- 2 tbsp. l. table vinegar 9%
- 1 tbsp. l. sugar sand
- 1 tsp. Salted salt
- 2 grated cloves of garlic
- A pinch of red pepper
- 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
- 1 small onion
A step -by -step recipe
- Wash thoroughly, dry and clean the zucchini. After cut into thin strips.
- Sprinkle zucchini with salt, leave for 15 minutes. Then squeeze with your hands or through gauze so that the liquid leaves.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add onions chopped with rings.
- Fry to golden color, then remove the onion (we need only oil soaked in it).
- Mix vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic and red pepper in a bowl. Pour in hot “onion” oil and mix.
- Pour the zucchini with marinade, gently mix. Cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
During this time, zucchini will be saturated with spices and will look like a classic Korean carrot. Before serving, you can sprinkle with sesame seeds or herbs. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Bon appetit!
