Obviously, when choosing a filling, you should avoid sausage, sausages, mayonnaise and butter. Instead, use the following options:
- meat. Use lean cuts of beef, chicken or turkey. Bake them or boil them, and then wrap them with herbs in pancakes. Serve these with Greek yogurt and vegetables for a healthy meal with plenty of protein, fiber, and carbohydrates;
- cheese. Cheese cheese, which contains a lot of calcium and phosphorus, is suitable. And to reveal the taste, add yogurt, sweet pepper and herbs to the cheese. The result will be a tasty, original and very healthy filling;
- jam. Boil frozen berries in a saucepan with a minimal amount of sugar, add orange juice and vanilla – you get the perfect sweet addition to pancakes;
- fruits. Finely chop the apples, sprinkle them with cinnamon and sprinkle with orange juice, add raisins instead of sugar and simmer a little in a little water. This filling for pancakes will not only not harm your figure, but will also be a healthy addition for the heart, as it contains a lot of potassium.
