The people who barely see each other
And why is this a bitter secret? Because, among the spectators, the people from the International Olympic Committee are sneaking around, with caps on their heads, almost without any inscription.
Volunteers are proud of what they do, bosses or CIO employees intentionally get lost in the landscape. I've seen them at several Olympics. The “Olympic bosses” are discreet because they know that the public has a deeply negative impression of the IOC, due to multiple corruption scandals.
But what is happening now against the organizers of the Olympic Games is not OK. Whatever we think of the IOC, they did the right thing when they removed from Milan-Cortina 2026 a Ukrainian athlete who stuck stickers of war victims on his helmet.
