Today, February 13, Dmitry Bezrukikh began to lead the administration of the Central District of Krasnoyarsk. The publication gornovosti.ru reports this.
Bezrukikh has been working in the administration structure since 2024. Before his appointment, he held the position of deputy head of the city – head of the department of municipal services and transport.
Previously, the duties of head of the district administration were performed by Stanislav Potashkov. He took this post in November 2025 after the departure of the previous head Maxim Oreshnikov. Then the mayor’s office explained that Oreshnikov left his position due to a change of job.
Later it became known that the ex-head of the Central District went to work at the Krasnoyarsk State Medical University. Information appeared on the official website of the university that Oreshnikov was appointed vice-rector for organizational and legal work. He has held the position of head of the Central District since October 2024, and before that, since August 2023, he headed the Krassport municipal institution.
