The quarantine pests were found in the party of mint, brought to Krasnoyarsk from Armenia. This was reported in Rosselkhoznadzor.
During the conduct of state quarantine phytosanitary control at the Krasnoyarsk airport, in July, specialists inspected 5 parties of sub -caraptor products imported into the territory of Russia
“0.73 tons of fresh mint were imported from the Republic of Armenia. In the course of control, the infection of one batch of mint was revealed with a dangerous quarantine object – Western floral thrips, ”said Rosselkhoznadzor.
The products infected with quarantine objects were disinfected.
During the domestic transportation, 12 thousand pieces of fresh sections of rose flowers, eastoma, peony, matrixaria, alstromeria, and green crops were also imported into the territory of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, as well as 2.774 tons of strawberries and blueberries of fresh Russian origin came from the Krasnodar Territory.
