Those who like to drift under the windows of residential buildings and other gifted people, our condolences – they want to ban your favorite entertainment. And the very concept of “drift” should be introduced into the traffic rules – instead of the vague “dangerous driving”.
We say thank you to the nidfospiders from Vologda who thought of turning the steering wheels near the city hall building. The footage was posted in the comments of the governor’s tg channel, the police took action, the newspaper writer was detained and forced to apologize to everyone affected. And this is not the end.
The situation was picked up by local deputy Lyubov Tsareva – she introduced an initiative to legislate the concept of “drifting” and ban it. They say that racers on rusty fakes perform at night, wake up and enrage children and their parents, ruin the asphalt and feel complete impunity – because they are doing something that legally does not exist.
Decent drifters who do beautiful things on special sites – you have nothing to fear, there will not be a complete ban. The restrictions, if adopted and brought to the State Duma, will only affect public places.
