The chief police officer of the Krasnoyarsk Territory reported to the deputies of the Legislative Assembly

At the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the region, Alexander Solovyov, spoke to the deputies. He presented the results of the operational activities of the internal affairs bodies for 2025.
Today, February 12, the spring session of the Legislative Assembly started. It will be the final one for the current convocation. A lot of committee work was done during the intersessional period. By the end of December last year, there were 256 bills in the parliamentary portfolio. This year 17 have already been introduced, most of them by deputies. At the meeting, 49 issues were discussed, including legislation in the field of social protection, healthcare, education, and local government. Regional parliamentarians paid special attention to bills to support SVO participants and their families.
The head of the regional police told parliamentarians that in 2025, 42,557 crimes were registered in the region, which is 11.7% less than the previous year. The number of serious and especially serious crimes decreased by 9.3%, there were fewer murders, intentional infliction of serious bodily harm, and robberies. The number of burglaries decreased by 30.7%, and the number of vehicle thefts decreased by 13.1%. The police also recorded a 27.2% decrease in the number of remote frauds. The detection rate of crimes has also increased – up to 50.7%.
Speaker of the Legislative Assembly Alexey Dodatko noted that the report well reflects the key priorities that require attention.

“Among the challenges is ensuring safety in schools after recent incidents. This situation requires a comprehensive solution from authorities, parents and law enforcement agencies without separating the municipal and regional levels. In particular, it is necessary to strengthen control over the activities of non-state structures that ensure order, school psychologists and teachers in resolving conflict situations,” said Aleksey Dodatko, speaker of the regional parliament.
Deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Anatoly Samkov emphasized that in a number of important areas there has been a decrease in crime.
“Personally, I was pleased with the detailed coverage of the problem of juvenile crime. The head of the department self-critically noted: the increase in crime among teenagers and young people is not only a problem of the internal affairs bodies, but also our common misfortune. And young people, as trite but fair to say, are our future,” the deputy noted.
