A criminal case has been opened in Krasnoyarsk due to forged documents in an application for municipal procurement.

The press service of the regional prosecutor's office reported that at the end of 2025 In Krasnoyarsk, the issue of the safety of dozens of educational institutions was resolved. “An inspection by the prosecutor’s office showed that as part of the application, the company presented allegedly valid contracts and acts on the provision of armed security to the state enterprise of the Krasnoyarsk Territory “Transport Logistics Center” for a total amount of over 37 million rubleslei. However, the company officially reported that such agreements never existed in its register. The documents turned out to be forged and were used as evidence of “experience” to participate in the procurement,” clarified by the supervisory authority.
