A resident of the Kansky district paid off his housing and communal services debt in one day after his car was seized

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a resident of the Kansky district paid a debt for housing and communal services when a bailiff seized his car.

IN The regional bailiff service was told that the man had not paid housing and communal services for a long time and had accumulated debt about 40 thousand rubles. “The bailiff warned the debtor about the use of enforcement measures in case of failure to fulfill legal requirements voluntarily. However, the debt was never paid within the period established by law. Not wanting to part with the car, the man the next day I paid the debt in full. Also he had to pay an enforcement fee of 12% of the debt amount for untimely fulfillment of the bailiff's demands.

The seizure of the car was lifted, the enforcement proceedings were completed with actual execution.
