In Krasnoyarsk, the administrator of a driving school for the theft of customer money will appear before the court.
The prosecutor's office said that in the fall of 2022 in Driving school A woman was accepted for the position of administrator for the educational part. Her duties included the organization of classes, the signing of contracts and the collection of fees from new students.
After a while, she came up with a scheme of deception. The money that the students transferred to her only partially entered the cashier. She used the rest for her own needs. Then the applications of such customers could unexpectedly “get lost” in the traffic police.
By March 2023, the attacker illegally took possession of 45 people, Causing the damage of 1 million rubles. She herself did not agree with the accusations, claiming that she was stipulated by the school leadership due to the conflict.
Now the Kirovsky District Court of Krasnoyarsk will understand the case.
