The Ministry of Health of the Krasnoyarsk Territory reported on 100% purchase of preferential medicines

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, 100% of the planned subsidized drugs were purchased. This information was presented at the presidium of the regional government chaired by Governor Mikhail Kotyukov.

The government recalled that at the end of last year the head of the region instructed to carefully monitor the procedures for concluding contracts in the healthcare sector, since there were supply disruptions in 2025.

“Purchasing medicines is a critical area. The regional Ministry of Health was faced with the task of starting this work in advance, concluding contracts and, most importantly, ensuring that the pharmacy network had exactly the drugs that patients need today,” emphasized Mikhail Kotyukov.

Minister of Health of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Alexey Konovalenko reported that the purchases were completed by December 25, 2025.

“To meet the established needs of 2026, we had to purchase drugs from the general list for 9 months and expensive drugs for 6 months. The ministry carried out the work within the established time frame. At the moment, all planned contracts for 1,291 drugs have been concluded. To date, 65% of the titles have already been delivered to the region, most of the remaining ones will arrive in the next two weeks,” reported Alexey Konovalenko.

It should be noted that at the beginning of the year, a multiple decrease in requests related to difficulties in obtaining subsidized medications was recorded. The head of the region instructed the regional Ministry of Health to debug the information system, which will allow doctors to see the availability of medicines in real time.
