“There were photos on every wall.” The case of Epstein's Paris apartment returns

— I officially demand the resumption of the investigation into the Epstein scandal in France, said Homayra Sellier, head of the Innocence en danger organization. She believes that clarifications are necessary “regarding possible victims in France and the role of French citizens” mentioned in the Epstein documents published in the US.
What photos were found in Epstein's apartment?
Who called for the investigation to be reopened?
What was discovered in the apartment during the search?
When was the investigation into Epstein launched in France?
“Photos on every wall.” The case of Epstein's Paris apartment returns
In 2019, an investigation was launched in France, which revealed Epstein's 800-square-meter apartment near the Champs-Elysées. The investigation resulted from a complaint made by a young woman, and the suspect was Epstein's close friend, Jean-Luc Brunel, head of a modeling agency. A search was then carried out in Epstein's apartment and disturbing elements were discovered, such as photographs of naked women, often very young, hanging on every wall and in every room.
Another of Brunel's victims told BFMTV that she began having a sexual relationship with him when she was 16, and this continued for three years. She believes that Brunel was one of Epstein's “influential friends” who “had a lot of contact with young girls around the world” and that the source of their friendship was precisely because Brunel could have had access to “dozens of young girls.”
Brunel was charged with forcible rape and in 2022 was found hanging in his cell. The investigation, which BFMTV said would identify potential Epstein victims, has been closed.
— Today, I cannot imagine that Jeffrey Epstein came to Paris to read books quietly at home in the evenings, said Homayra Sellier. She believes there are many victims who were minors at the time of the crime but remained silent because they signed a non-disclosure agreement.
