By decree of the governor of the Jewish Autonomous Region, natural monuments of regional significance were established.

1. Natural monument “Mount Filippova” formed in order to preserve the plant community with elements of the Daurian steppe flora as part of the landscape complex of Mount Filippov – a habitat for plants that need special protection and are listed in the Red Books of the Russian Federation (6+) and the Jewish Autonomous Okrug (6+).

2. Natural monument “Bidzhan outcrop” created in order to preserve the natural complex of rock outcrops as a habitat for plants that need special protection, listed in the Red Books of the Russian Federation and the Jewish Autonomous Region. The natural monument is an outcrop in the southeastern part of the low-mountain ridge. At the foot of the southern slope there is a valley forest of various types of willows, downy alder, Japanese elm and other species.

The natural monument is located in the Obluchensky district on the lands of the Sutarsky forestry of the Obluchensky forestry enterprise. The area of ​​the natural monument is 74 hectares.

3. Created natural monument “Pines on Brevenchataya”. The natural monument is located in the Obluchensky district, 10 km southeast of the village. Pashkov, 5 km from the road, on the lands of the Dichunsky forestry of the Obluchensky forestry enterprise. The area of ​​the natural monument is 60 hectares.

The main object of protection is natural stands of Scots pine in the valley of the river. Log trees, located in separate groves on the slopes of the hills, mainly along the left bank of the river. The pine forests on Brevenchataya are isolated natural stands of Scots pine on the southeastern border of the huge Eurasian range.

4. Natural monument “Swan Lake” formed in order to preserve the habitat of rare species of plants and birds listed in the Red Books of the Russian Federation and the Jewish Autonomous Region.

Located in the Oktyabrsky district in the interfluve of the Malaya Samara and Dobraya rivers, 10 km northeast of the village. Sadovoe, on the lands of the State Land Reserve of the Jewish Autonomous Region. The area of ​​the natural monument is 170 hectares. Lake Swan is a shallow floodplain reservoir with a mixed type of feeding, not connected to the river network, partially freezing in winter. The natural monument is a habitat for rare aquatic and semi-aquatic birds that require special protection measures: mandarin ducks, reed buntings, red-necked buntings, piebald harriers, marsh harriers. The shore of the lake and its flooded shores are a food source for birds, including the Far Eastern stork and the Japanese crane.

Also subject to protection are five relict species of aquatic plants growing here on the periphery of their range: Komarov's lotus, Manchurian water chestnut (Rogulnik, Chilim), false notched water chestnut, tetrahedral water lily (white), Korsakov's monochoria.

5. Speleo-botanical natural monument “Londokovskaya Cave” formed in order to preserve the components of the natural complex of karst formations. The natural monument with an area of ​​0.66 hectares is located on the southwestern slope of the southern spurs of the Small Khingan ridge, 5 km north of the village of Lime Plant in the Obluchensky municipal district. The area of ​​the natural monument is 12.5 hectares. The boundary of the natural monument is a circle with a radius of 200 m from the entrance to the cave.

The natural monument is a funnel-shaped formation, at the bottom of which there is a hole into a cave consisting of two grottoes, of calcareous origin.

6. Natural monument “Bidjan wits” formed in order to preserve the natural complex of an isolated mountain range – a habitat for plants that need special protection and are listed in the Red Books of the Russian Federation and the Jewish Autonomous Region.

Located on the border of Leninsky and Oktyabrsky districts. The area of ​​the natural monument is 560 hectares. The botanical natural monument is an isolated low-mountain massif with a maximum height of 333 m, surrounded by mixed-grass meadows. Rare species of plants listed in the Red Book are subject to protection: Daurian rhododendron, Securinega subshrub, milky-flowered peony, Dioscorea nipponensis, grandiflora larkspur, Kitagawa's snake, petal cornflower, long-petioled pyrrhosia.

A regional conference on the quality of industrial products was held. Its participants discussed the report of the second secretary of the regional committee of the CPSU A. I. Shesterikov “On the state and measures to improve the quality of products at industrial enterprises in the region.”

The conference adopted recommendations for the implementation of a system of measures to improve product quality developed at enterprises in the Saratov region.
