I eat cottage cheese casserole and don’t feel hungry until lunch: I cook it in 12 minutes – ideal for those watching their figure

If you want to start the day satisfyingly, but without the heaviness in your stomach, sugar and extra carbohydrates, try this fluffy cottage cheese casserole. It turns out tender, slightly sweet, with a soft texture, and at the same time gives a feeling of fullness for a long time without hunger and snacking.

You will need:

Cottage cheese 5–9% – 200 g
Egg – 1 pc.
Oat bran – 1 tbsp. spoon
Banana – ½ pc.
Vanilla or cinnamon – a pinch
Baking powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Berries or a spoonful of natural yogurt – for serving

How to cook:

  • In a bowl, mash the cottage cheese with a fork until smooth.
  • Add the egg, oat bran, a pinch of vanilla or cinnamon and baking powder. Mix well.
  • Slice the banana and gently fold it into the batter.
  • Place the mixture in a small mold (silicone or oiled ceramic).
  • Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20-22 minutes until the top is lightly golden and firm.
  • Let it cool a little, the casserole will become even denser. Serve with berries or a teaspoon of natural yoghurt.

This breakfast combines easily digestible protein, fiber and slow carbohydrates. It does not cause sugar spikes, does not burden digestion and is great even for the morning before a workout.

Bon appetit!
