According to the case materials, in August 2025, Klimenkov lent 5 million rubles to entrepreneur Valery Konurkin. The return of money was provided by guarantors – Tsenalom LLC and LTK LLC (Lesosibirsk Trading Company). However, the borrower did not fulfill the obligation.

In December 2025, the Sorsk District Court of Khakassia decided to collect the debt jointly from both the borrower and the guarantors. Since the money was not returned, Klimenkov filed for bankruptcy of Tsenalom to recover the entire amount through the monitoring procedure.

At the same time, the court received statements about the bankruptcy of the second guarantor, Lesosibirskaya Trading Company LLC, as well as about declaring the borrower Konurkin bankrupt.

According to the 2GIS service, almost all 11 Tsenalom branches in Krasnoyarsk have closed. At the time of publication, only one store on Thälmann Street continues to operate.

In addition, an advertisement appeared on a popular site for the lease of premises of a former chain store in the Obraztsovo residential complex on Kutuzova Street.

The court must decide within five working days whether it will accept the application for proceedings.
