According to preliminary operational information, the chlorine content in the city’s air exceeds the norm six times, the report says.

“If possible, do not leave the house, close the windows. Take care of yourself and your family,” notes OVA.



The State Emergency Service of Ukraine writes that two nine-story residential buildings in the city were damaged. In one there is a fire, in the other there is destruction from the third to the ninth floor.

“As of 10.00: 10 dead, 37 wounded (of which 12 are children). Rescuers continue to evacuate people from blocked apartments. There are people under the rubble. We are working as carefully as possible – every minute can mean a saved life,” the press service said.

At night and in the morning of November 19, Ternopil was under missile attack from the aggressor country, Russia. There are hits in high-rise buildings.

There are nine dead and dozens of wounded in Ternopil, President Vladimir Zelensky reported. According to him, in many regions of Ukraine, liquidation of the consequences of the Russian attack on the night of November 19 is now underway – it is known about more than 470 attack drones, 48 ​​missiles of various types – ballistic, cruise – that the aggressor country Russia fired at Ukraine that night, the head of state specified.

The Ukrainian Air Force added that at night the enemy launched a combined attack on critical Ukrainian infrastructure using attack UAVs, air- and ground-based missiles. In total, the radio engineering troops of the Air Force detected and escorted 524 air attack weapons – 48 missiles and 476 UAVs. Ukrainian air defense shot down 483 air targets: 442 enemy UAVs, 34 Kh-101 cruise missiles, and seven Caliber cruise missiles. As of today, seven missiles and 34 attack UAVs have been hit at 14 locations and shot down (debris) at six locations.
