The main examinations in a criminal case ex-State Duma deputy Sergei Natarov, at the request of the investigation, was engaged in re-math tutortold alawyer Alexander Khropot.

At the same time, Kozlov is the founder of the private organization Regional Institute for Real Estate Assessment and Management LLC, which acted as a counterparty under an agreement with the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation,” the lawyer said.
Also, according to him, during the court hearings it was established – including the testimony of Alexander Kozlov himself – that he used his personal methods when conducting examinations, and not those generally accepted by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.
“He received data for examination from investigators on flash drives, which is not reflected in any way in the decision ordering the examination. And moreover, he looked for information on his own, and did not use only what the investigator provided for analysis. All these and other gross violations serve as grounds for excluding examinations from the criminal case,” says Sergei Natarov’s lawyer.
“The defense believes that the investigative authorities chose a private person to conduct the examination, but not a state institution under the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation, and also committed violations during its conduct in order to obtain the “necessary” conclusions to bring charges against Natarov and other defendants,” explained Alexander Khropot.
At the same time, as it became known, the court refused to exclude the examinations from the criminal case without taking into account all these arguments.
Let us remind you that the other day Sergei Natarov’s sentence was extended detention until May 16. Thus, the ex-State Duma deputy has been in pre-trial detention center No. 1 in Krasnoyarsk for more than 4 years.
