The spokesman also announced that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has been invited to the security conference in Munich in mid-February, and the Ukrainian delegation will also include Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha.
Tychyy added that a number of foreign leaders and diplomats will arrive in Ukraine on February 24, the fourth anniversary of Russia's full-scale invasion. He emphasized that it is very important for foreign leaders to show support for the Ukrainian people on this day.
On Wednesday, the chief Ukrainian negotiator, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Rustem Umerov, announced that the Ukrainian delegation arrived in the capital of the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi, where they began meetings in a trilateral format – Ukraine, the US and Russia.
