The Ministry of Digitization issued a statement

“Due to the very high interest in logging in to the KSeF 2.0 system, there may be temporary difficulties in logging in to the Trusted Profile,” the Ministry of Digital Affairs announced on the X platform.

KSeF was launched at midnight from Saturday to Sunday. Entrepreneurs whose sales value, including tax, exceeded PLN 200 million in 2024 were the first to be obliged to issue invoices in the system. From February 1, 2026, all entities receive invoices via the KSeF system. Importantly, in 2026 there are no penalties for incorrect use of KSeF.
