Context
Occupants using UAVs a service bus was attacked with miners of the DTEK company in the Pavlograd district of the Dnepropetrovsk region.
At least 12 people were killed and another 16 were injured.
Advisor to the Minister of Defense for technological areas Sergei Beskrestnov (Flash) wrote that a bus with miners was attacked by online-controlled Shahed drones. According to him, the first UAV struck next to the bus, and its operator directed the second drone at people who began to get off the bus. “Operators from Russian territory 100% saw and recognized the target as civilian, they saw that it was not military,” Flash added.
