“Night in the Basement” In the Khmelnitsky region, a utility worker was “thanked” for “sleeping in a warm apartment”

According to the company, we are talking about a high-rise building on the street. Geroev VSU, 6 (according to Google map, this is a nine-story building).

“Due to a power outage, the operation of an individual heating unit (IHP) in this house stops. Therefore, to ensure heat supply and comfort for its residents during power outages, the IHP is powered by a generator. It is started by the responsible employee of the Miskteplovodenergiya KP,” the message says.

Its authors noted that the employee refills the generator, monitors outage schedules “and, regardless of the time of day, connects backup power to maintain a comfortable temperature in the dwellings of this house.”

“Instead, for a peaceful sleep in a warm apartment, some residents “thank” him with regular insults and threats. Garbage and all sorts of rubbish began to fly from the balconies onto our employee’s head. Well, the final “point” was the case when one of the residents of the house locked our employee in the heating station. The man, who was simply doing his job, was locked from the outside and left to spend the night in the basement,” the CP wrote.

After this incident, the company announced changes in the operation of the generator.

“From now on, the generator for powering the ITP in the house on Geroev VSU Street, 6, will only work from 7.00 to 22.00,” Miskteplovodenergiya reported.

Social network users living in the same house also left their comments under the message. They, in particular Yulia Bzinko, asked for forgiveness “for this horror” and said that the residents of the house had already contacted the police “to identify the person who committed this disgusting.”
