Its authors noted that the employee refills the generator, monitors outage schedules “and, regardless of the time of day, connects backup power to maintain a comfortable temperature in the dwellings of this house.”

After this incident, the company announced changes in the operation of the generator.
“From now on, the generator for powering the ITP in the house on Geroev VSU Street, 6, will only work from 7.00 to 22.00,” Miskteplovodenergiya reported.
