Dragoș Anastasiu, who announced his resignation from the position of Deputy Prime Minister, sent in the press conference on Sunday and an appeal to the entrepreneurs, claiming the “abuses of the Romanian state” in the private environment.
“I encourage each entrepreneur to speak, to say under what conditions the business has been done in Romania and how good the Romanian state is. I ask everyone to raise the voice now and not accept what we all have been forced to accept, including by making mistakes, because you always have to ask what is the cause, and what is the case. And maybe, in recent years, but that has been unacceptable for years and years, “said Dragoș Anastasiu.
“The humiliation of entrepreneurs does not think it is a correct behavior of the state”
He offered “some examples of how the Romanian state behaves”.
“One is in the area of ANPC controls. I understand that there are many mistakes in Horeca, I understood that there are many places that do not meet the standards, but one is to do your duty as a state and regulate, to fine what is not good, another is to humiliate the public entrepreneur on Tiktok (…). It is a correct behavior of the Romanian state – and I now call the Romanian state not to do such a thing ”, continued Dragoș Anastasiu.
Anastasiu also complained the degree of digitalization from ANAF.
“Fiscal evasion-clear that we can no longer work that way. Why don't we digitize ANAF for so many years? How long other countries have been digitized entirely, in two years of war, see Ukraine. And we fail to digitize ANAF? We do not succeed or do not want?”
“The state has billions of lei debts to private companies”
Anastasiu argues that “the Romanian state currently has billions of lei debts to private companies”, mentioning in this sense “reimbursement of payments on medical leave, billions, the payment of energy companies that have made energy ceiling and are unpaid”.
“This is the way the Romanian state, at the moment, acts in the relationship with the private. My entry into the Government had to do with normalization-reforms, maybe too much. To reach the reforms, we must normalize-and the Romanian state must become a partner. War and so on we can no longer continue, with a state that is not a partner, but is oppressive of the companies in Romania ”, declared Dragoș Anastasiu.
