The court ordered the Norilsk water park to pay more than 62 thousand rubles in compensation to a visitor who was injured in the pool. The woman collided with another swimmer and suffered a concussion.
The incident occurred in February 2024 in the water park of the Arena shopping center. According to the victim, there was no instructor in place to control the situation on the track. After the collision, the woman required medical attention and long-term outpatient treatment.
Having left an entry in the complaint book and not receiving a response from the administration, the victim went to court. During the trial, specialists from the regional Rospotrebnadzor were involved in the case to protect consumer rights.
The court upheld the claim, ruling to recover 62 thousand rubles from the water park. This amount included a fine, compensation for moral damage and damages. The decision has already entered into legal force.
