By mid-February, your hands became clear and your posture became confident: just three exercises for 7 minutes a day

If you want to enter February with toned arms and straightened shoulders without push-ups, dumbbells or machines, this is possible. It is enough to “turn on” the muscles between the shoulder blades and the back of the arms. Just three simple exercises for 7 minutes a day and by mid-February you will feel more confident in clothes with open sleeves.

1. Hugging yourself with a towel

  • Sit or stand up straight. Take a terry towel and wrap it around your shoulders, as if you were hugging yourself. Bend your arms, elbows pointing forward.
  • As you exhale, slowly bring your elbows forward, tensing the muscles between your shoulder blades.
  • Inhale and go back.
  • Repeat 15 times.

This exercise removes sagging shoulders and makes the contour of the arms clearer.

2. Pulling the towel behind your back

  • Stand up straight. Take the towel by the ends and place it behind your back. Raise one hand up, lower the other down.
  • Slowly pull the towel up and down, feeling the work under your shoulder blades and at the back of your shoulder.
  • Perform 12 repetitions, then switch hands.

This movement engages the deep back muscles and tightens the back of the arm.

3. Slow circles with arms raised

  • Stand straight, raise your arms to the sides at shoulder level.
  • As you exhale, slowly begin to make small circles forward 10 times.
  • Then do 10 circles back.
  • Keep your shoulders down, not up towards your ears.

This exercise improves the mobility of the shoulder joint and relieves the feeling of heaviness in the arms.

Do this complex every day. Within 5–7 days you will notice that your gestures have become smoother, and by mid-February your arms will look slimmer and your posture more confident. Especially in short sleeves, in a photo or in a strapless dress.
