Residents of the Krasnoyarsk residential complex “Plodovo-Yagodny” will be allowed to drive through neighboring courtyards

In the Oktyabrsky district of Krasnoyarsk, to solve the problem of passage for residents of the Plodovo-Yagodny residential complex, a public easement will be established for 3 years. This was reported in the telegram channel of the city hall “GradVestnik”.

The area of ​​the easement will be 1632 m². It will extend to the territory of the Lesnoy Massif residential complex, which is currently closed with barriers. The draft legal act has already been prepared and is being approved by the prosecutor's office.

The administration explained that residents of the Plodovo-Yagodny residential complex were “captives of imperfect urban planning legislation”:

“In 2017-2018, permits were issued for the construction of two residential complexes – Plodovo-Yagodny and Lesnoy Massif. They are located one after another, exit from their territories is provided on Elena Stasova Street. But for residents of Plodovo-Yagodnoye it is provided along a road that is federal property. The developer agreed on this issue with the owner of the site when he submitted a package of documents to obtain a building permit; there were no grounds for refusal. Last year DOM.RF put up a plot of land for sale. Residents contacted the direct line of the governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory with a request to resolve the situation. Specialists from the capital construction department analyzed the territory, but in order to build a new exit road, it is necessary to make changes to the design of the road network, then develop a project and build the road itself. On average, this process will take 3 years. The installation of a public easement will be a temporary option until a new exit from the residential complex is built.”
