Roman Gawłowski has died. The founder of Instal Projekt died after falling on the ice


According to the Dzień Dobry Włocławek website, which reported the death of Roman Gawłowski, the man died as a result of an injury he suffered a few days earlier after falling on the ice on his property in Michelin. Despite the help provided, he could not be saved.

In 1979, Roman Gawłowski founded the Sanitary Installations Design and Construction Plant, specializing in services related to the heating industry. In 1983, the company, which is still managed by the family, changed its name to Instal Projekt. According to the Dzień Dobry Włocławek website, the company emphasizes that Roman Gawłowski “was a man who believed that the best results are achieved through systematic and reliable work.”

Roman Gawłowski was also a hunter belonging to the Polish Hunting Association, as well as a long-time member of the Włocławek Aero Club, which said goodbye to him on its social media.

“A wonderful man and colleague, very devoted to his passion. He was a very warm, calm, nice, smiling and helpful person. It's a really great loss,” says Adam Rejmak, District Hunter in Włocławek, about the deceased.

“It is with deep regret and sadness that we received the news of the death of our long-time member and partner of the Włocławek Aero Club. He will always remain in our memory,” its members wrote on Facebook.

Eodzina published an obituary in which it announced the funeral, which will take place on Saturday, January 31, 2026. The funeral Mass will be celebrated at 12 noon in the parish of the Holy Spirit in Włocławek at ul. Kościelna in Michelin. An hour later, the funeral procession will go to the Parish Cemetery of the Blessed Virgin Mary Queen of Poland in Kruszyn.
