
If you want a filling dinner without the heaviness in your stomach and extra calories, try this protein curd mix. It turns out tender, slightly sweet and eliminates late-night snacking for a long time.
You will need:
Cottage cheese 5% – 150 g
Natural yogurt without additives – 3 tbsp. spoons
Instant oatmeal – 2 tbsp. spoons
Apple – 1/2 pcs.
Flaxseed – 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon – a pinch
Honey – 1/2 teaspoon
How to cook:
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese and yogurt until smooth.
- Add the oats and let sit for 3-4 minutes until they soften from the moisture.
- Grate the apple on a fine grater or cut into small cubes and add to the mixture.
- Sprinkle with flaxseed, cinnamon and, if you want something sweet, a drizzle of honey.
- Mix well and let stand for 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately. You can add a handful of frozen cherries or some walnuts on top.
This dinner provides easily digestible protein, fiber, and healthy fats. It does not cause bloating, does not overload digestion and helps you sleep peacefully until the morning.
