Simon Phillips is one of the most influential and respected drummers in contemporary music, an artist who has left a deep mark on international rock and jazz-fusion. A British musician, songwriter and producer based in the United States, Phillips has distinguished himself since the 1970s and 1980s with exceptional versatility and unmistakable style, quickly becoming one of the most sought-after presences in the recording studios.
Throughout his career, he has collaborated with some of the most important artists and bands in the history of modern music – from Jeff Beck, Judas Priest, The Who and Pete Townshendup to Tears for Fears, Mike Oldfield, Gary Moore or The Chemical Brothers. Between 1992 and 2014, Simon Phillips was the band's drummer That's itcontributing decisively to the sound evolution of one of the most appreciated rock bands in the world.
