The court ordered SZ Novoostrovsky Dom LLC to compensate Krasnoyarsk shareholder incurred expenses to eliminate deficiencies.

As Rospotrebnadzor said, under the contract the company agreed to build and transfer to the ownership of an elderly woman a two-room apartment with electrical wiring, water supply and sewerage pipes to the locations of sanitary equipment. But these works were not completed.
“The claim sent to the developer to eliminate the identified deficiencies was not satisfied. The pensioner had to look for contractors on her own and bring the apartment to life. Repair and restoration work and materials cost her 153,454 rubles. Requests for reimbursement of costs incurred were also ignored. The woman turned to us to protect her rights,” Rospotrebnadzor said.
The Department's specialists provided assistance to Krasnoyarsk. As a result, the court recovered 160,454 rubles from SZ Novoostrovsky Dom LLC in favor of the woman, including reimbursement of expenses for eliminating construction defects and compensation for moral damage in the amount of 7,000 rubles. The decision came into force.
