The Bellini restaurant group has opened its second Hello Coffee project – a gastrocoffee shop of a new format, located in the heart of the business center of Krasnoyarsk at the address: st. Oktyabrskaya, 7a. The new branch will become a long-awaited point of attraction for residents of Vzletka, employees of business centers and regular guests of the brand.
The intimate format, attention to detail and sincere involvement of the team create the atmosphere of “an establishment with a soul.” The team that stood at the origins of the flagship project brought here all the streamlined processes, love for the product and a high level of service. Each Hello Coffee project features a projection of Mira Avenue, a symbolic window into the life of the city. Sitting over a cup of coffee, guests can watch its rhythm, as if through a “window to the world.”
The main feature of the new project is early breakfasts. Hello Coffee opens as early as 7:30 am. The Hello Brunch section is available from the very opening until 16:00: guests can expect porridge, egg dishes, large breakfasts, sandwiches, croissants, benedicts, pancakes and cheesecakes – a balance of classics, benefits and gastronomic experiments.
A special place in the project is occupied by the dessert direction from pastry chef Anastasia Bogdanova. Among my favorite items is the dessert “Latte with salted caramel.” For family evenings, there is a format of sliced desserts: coffee tiramisu, Napoleon, cheesecake – an ideal choice for cozy meetings at home or with loved ones.
And for the business center, the SET MENU section will be especially relevant – combo lunches at a fixed price with regular updates. The format is ideal for quick and convenient business meetings.
Hello Coffee is designed as a universal space: it’s convenient to start the day with an early breakfast, hold a work meeting over a set lunch, go for fresh pastries or end the evening with dinner and a glass of wine.
