In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, mobile clinic doctors provided almost 30 thousand medical services in 2025

The mobile consultation and diagnostic center “Mobile Clinic” of the regional clinical hospital made 161 visits to 26 municipal districts of the Krasnoyarsk Territory in 2025.

According to the regional Ministry of Health, last year residents of the region were provided with more than 28,758 consultative and diagnostic medical services. More than 5 thousand patients received 7,076 consultations with specialized specialists, including a cardiologist, neurologist, endocrinologist, pulmonologist, allergist, gynecologist and cardiovascular surgeon.

“In the regions there are many people with lung diseases, such as bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, who have not been to an allergist and pulmonologist for a long time, so we began to take these specialists with us to correct treatment. There are a lot of patients who received similar diagnoses for the first time. For the last six months, we have been sending one or two patients every day to emergency hospitalization due to exacerbation of the disease,” said Andrey Melgunov, head of the Mobile Consultative and Diagnostic Center.

Also, specialists from the mobile clinic performed 2,146 ultrasound examinations of the heart, 1,588 ultrasound examinations of blood vessels, 3,352 ultrasound examinations of internal organs, 5,140 mammograms, and 9,456 fluorographs.

In total, in 2025, the mobile clinic visited 26 municipal districts of the region.

“It’s convenient for patients with disabilities that they don’t have to travel to the regional center an additional time, especially from remote areas. Also, patients examined by doctors in person will subsequently have access to correspondence and online consultations based on the results of additional examinations prescribed by specialists from the regional hospital,” added Andrey Melgunov.

In 2026, the work schedule of the Mobile Clinic also provides for monthly visits by teams of specialized specialists to the municipal districts of the region. Currently, mobile clinic doctors are treating residents of the municipal districts of the Central Group.
