Alexey Konovalenko has been appointed Minister of Health of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The advising order was signed by Governor Mikhail Kotyukov on December 29 and at a meeting with the heads of medical institutions of the region presented the new head of the department with a certificate.
Alexey Nikolaevich is 48 years old. He was born and raised in the city of Nazarovo. In 2000, he graduated from the Krasnoyarsk Medical Academy with a degree in General Medicine, then completed residency and graduate school. After defending his dissertation, he received the academic degree of Candidate of Medical Sciences. While still studying, he began working as a surgeon at the Krasnoyarsk Interdistrict Clinical Hospital No. 7.

In 2007, Konovalenko was invited to the position of consultant – chief surgeon in the main health department of the Krasnoyarsk administration. In 2012, he moved to the regional Ministry of Health as a consultant in the department for organizing medical care for adults and sanatorium and resort affairs. In 2018, he worked as deputy head of the department at the Territorial Compulsory Health Insurance Fund of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. In 2021, he graduated from the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under a resident of the Russian Federation, receiving the qualification “Specialist in the Social Sphere.” From January 2022 to August 2025, he was Deputy Director – Head of the Department for the Organization and Modernization of Compulsory Medical Insurance of the TFOMS of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. Since September 2025, he worked as Deputy Minister of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
Married, three children.
