I eat oatmeal and don’t feel hungry until lunch: I cook it in 15 minutes – ideal for those watching their figure

If you want to start your day filling, but without the heaviness in your stomach and extra calories, try this protein oatmeal. It turns out soft, aromatic, with a slight sweetness, and at the same time eliminates the feeling of hunger for a long time.

You will need:

Instant oatmeal – 4 tbsp. spoons
Milk – 200 ml
Cottage cheese 5% – 100 g
Banana – 1/2 pcs.
Flaxseed – 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon – a pinch
Honey or maple syrup – 1 teaspoon

How to cook:

  • In a small saucepan, bring the milk until warm, do not boil.
  • Add oatmeal and cook over low heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring.
  • Remove from heat, add cottage cheese and mash with a fork until smooth.
  • Slice a banana and add to your oatmeal along with flaxseed, cinnamon and honey.
  • Stir and let stand for 2 minutes, the porridge will become even softer.

Serve warm. You can add a handful of berries or some nuts on top.

This oatmeal provides slow-release carbohydrates, protein and healthy fats. At the same time, it is easily digestible and does not cause bloating.
