The prosecutor’s office said that the court found her guilty of receiving bribes (PH 2, 5 of article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and sentenced to 4 years 6 months a colony of general regime, with deprivation of the right to occupy senior positions in state and municipal institutions for 4 years.

The department was reminded: In 2021, a lawyer representing a company owning land under a popular shopping center addressed a woman. The reason was a revision of lease conditions by the city hall, as a result of which the monthly fee increased from 750 thousand rubles per month to 1.1 million rubles.

On the advice of the head of the budget institution, the company went to court and won it. The attacker, who promised to contribute to the positive outcome of the case, received a reward of 100 thousand rubles. Her subordinate, according to the prosecutor's office, took a passive position in court.

In March 2023, the same lawyer led to the head of the Cadastral Evaluation Center for another similar client Director of a driving school who rented a section of the Red Ring race track. He paid 250 thousand rubles for help when considering the issue in court. As a result, the cadastral value of the territory decreased from 620 million rubles. up to 160 million rubles. The monthly rent amounted to 69 thousand rubles. Instead of 260 thousand rubles.

The prosecutor’s office emphasized that criminal cases against bribeers were terminated in connection with the active contribution of the disclosure of crimes.
