Five districts of the Amur region were left without electricity and heating. There was a serious accident at the local thermal power plant, causing a power shortage.

People from Bureisky, Ivanovsky, Tambovsky, Konstantinovsky and Blagoveshchensky districts are wrapped in a hundred clothes and are waiting for specialists. According to our information, the equipment that regulates the temperature has failed.
The work is planned to be completed by the afternoon, the case is under the control of the prosecutor's office. In the meantime, people are asked to stock up on water – without energy, electric pumps may also turn off. And blankets: it is possible to turn off the lights and heating throughout the city.
