Participants in the Ukrainian-American-Russian talks in Abu Dhabi discussed possible conditions for ending the war and security monitoring by the United States, said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky after the end of Saturday's talks. The Ukrainian head of state stated that as a result of the meetings, the parties agreed to inform their capitals about each aspect of the negotiations and agree on further steps with the leaders.
