
Ukrainian culinary YouTube blogger Katerina Tarasenko on January 20 told how to prepare a healthy and tasty dish – potatoes baked with chicken.
“Just combine potatoes with chicken. It's so delicious,” she announced.
Products
- 900 g chicken meat;
- 1 tsp. salt;
- 1 tbsp. l. burger mustard;
- 1 tbsp. l. soy sauce;
- black pepper – to taste;
- 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- 0.5 tsp. dry garlic;
- 1 tbsp. l. sweet pepper;
- cabbage;
- grated potatoes.
Preparation
- Cut the meat into pieces and place in a container.
- Add all the spices and mustard, stir and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
- Lightly fry the cabbage in a frying pan, add grated potatoes.
- Transfer the vegetables to a baking dish and place the meat on top.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 50 minutes.
The food blogger noted that such a dish turns out to be satisfying, very tasty and healthy.
