Serial kangaroo kidnappers are operating in Russia: within a week, unknown persons stole two females and a male from different zoos
Two small females were kidnapped on the night of September 29-30 in the Kaluga region. Unknown people cut the net, entered the park and put two recently born kangaroos in a bag. The babies haven't even received names yet. There was no video surveillance in the park.
Previously, unknown persons kidnapped the kangaroo Krosh in Yaroslavl. Employees are sure that the male could not have escaped, especially since he would have been noticed later. The thieves did not leave any evidence; the cameras were not working that day.
Police suspect the kidnappings are related. The main version is that unknown people are collecting a home zoo. Kangaroos do not live alone, so first they kidnapped the male, and now the females.
