The head of Krasnoyarsk, Sergei Vereshchagin, demanded an immediate response to residents’ complaints about the cold in their apartments during severe frosts.

He noted that all comments on social networks, as well as calls to the 005 service, are being processed. — 17 of them arrived in two days.

“The requests are mostly targeted, addresses from different areas of the city. I don't see any system failure. He instructed the district administrations to monitor the solution to each problem. For each request, a door-to-door visit was organized with the participation of power engineers and management companies», — written by Sergey Vereshchagin.

The commission must conduct a diagnosis and find out, where is the problem. If the temperature at the entrance to the house does not correspond to the norm, representatives of resource organizations should take care of this. If the problem occurs indoors, the management company must find a solution.
