The United Russia party addressed party members, its supporters and fellow citizens on the eve of the State Duma elections.
The party calls on everyone to put forward ideas, identify problems and participate in dialogue about the future of the country – in the formation of a program with which United Russia will go to the elections
The appeal adopted at the General Council of the party on December 12 emphasized the role of residents in preparing the people's program and implementing state policies aimed at strengthening society, protecting traditional values, developing the economy, science, defense and social justice.
“The party’s people’s program will translate power into specific projects and decisions. Each of which will be a step towards our common Victory – a prosperous and safe future,” the address says.
Particular emphasis in the appeal is placed on the fact that United Russia unites working people, supports citizens, strengthens the unity of society and ensures the participation of everyone through open preliminary voting and proactive budgeting.
The upcoming 2026 has been declared by the President of the Russian Federation as the Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia, and the party’s victory in the State Duma elections will confirm its mission, the document summarizes.
Secretary of the Krasnoyarsk regional branch of United Russia, Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Mikhail Kotyukov gave instructions to deputies and party members in the region to collect orders and suggestions from residents:
“Our goal is unconditional victory. United Russia faces ambitious goals that require the mobilization of all resources. From the beginning of the year, we need to organize a collection of orders and proposals for a people’s program, with which we will go to the elections in 2026. It is important to reach every person. It is necessary to listen to people, understand their needs and problems. Only in this way will we be able to formulate a real work program, which will become a route sheet for the new team. It must be targeted and as specific as possible for each municipality.”
