The newspaper reminds that on Friday, January 9, the current adversaries of the PIP reform – Donald Tusk and Włodzimierz Czarzasty – concluded an agreement. They both agreed that PIP would issue decisions that would be effective only after approval by the court.

Currently, the government, with the participation of the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Policy, the Ministry of Justice and representatives of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, is working on translating the political agreement between Czarzasty and Tusk into the language of laws – wrote “Rzeczpospolita”.

According to the newspaper the problem is that currently such court decisions are issued very slowly. And this is unacceptable for both entrepreneurs and employees. “Therefore, the Ministry of Justice was involved in the work so that a special path was opened, enabling courts to make decisions much faster than currently,” the newspaper reports.
