Since the beginning of 2026, 12 dogs have flown abroad from Krasnoyarsk with their owners. The regional Office of Rosselkhoznadzor spoke about this.
Among the four-legged travelers, dogs of the Rhodesian Ridgeback, German Spitz, Cavapoo, Maltipoo, Yorkshire Terrier, Jack Russell Terrier, and Sheltie breeds were seen.
Also, 3 cats flew abroad: Russian Blue, mixed breed and mongrel.
The animals went to Georgia, China, Mongolia, Thailand, Cyprus, the Dominican Republic and Greece.
In total, from January 1 to January 15, Department employees monitored 179 international flights.
29.9 kilograms of products imported from the Republics of Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan in violation of veterinary and sanitary requirements were seized from hand luggage and baggage.
Veterinary-hazardous products were destroyed, and 20 citizens were brought to administrative responsibility.
