In connection with the abnormally low air temperatures established in Krasnoyarsk, power engineers asked motorists not to leave vehicles above the covers of technological hatches of thermal chambers.
The reason is the need to ensure unhindered access to heating network facilities for round-the-clock monitoring in extreme conditions.
