I'm not going to take each player individually, but the team as a whole played well today. Karamoko deserved a heart. We have our discussions. You must register. I think he's having the best season of his career. I had a similar situation with Selmani. I brought it to a very good level.
Now I have expectations from Karamoko. I analyzed it, I saw its potential. Expectations are high. You can't play on talent alone when you have such qualities. You have to work hard, set a goal. Then you get the heart. If not, no.

We have always talked about young Romanian players. My feeling is that we also need maturity. I think now we can attract higher level players.
Of course we are still looking for top young players, but they have to show talent, personality, character, mentality. I need these players. Talent is not enough.
