The 56th edition of the World Economic Forum, which will be held on January 19-23 under the slogan “The Spirit of Dialogue”, is one of the most important economic and political events in the world. Organized since 1971 in Davos, Switzerland, the Forum gathers political leaders, including presidents and prime ministers, as well as representatives of business, science and culture.

Karol Nawrocki will be at the Forum in Davos
President Karol Nawrocki will take part in the World Economic Forum in Davos on January 20-22, 2026. The first day of the visit will be dominated by bilateral talks and contacts with international institutions. Karol Nawrocki will meet with President of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan, as well as with Ajay Banga, President of the World Bank.

The Polish president will also take part in a reception organized by Sheikh Bandar bin Mohammed Al-Thani and Mohammed Saif Al-Sowaidi from the Qatar Investment Authority. The evening will end with an official dinner with the President of the World Economic Forum, Borge Brende, and members of the Forum's Board of Trustees, Laurence Fink and Andre Hoffmann.
On January 21, Karol Nawrocki will take part in debate on Europe's ability to defend itself and at the Informal Meeting of Global Economic Leaders (IGWEL) entitled “Restoring the Spirit of Dialogue in a Divided World.”

It is also in the president's plans meeting with the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Dick Schoof. The key point of this day will be participation in a special session with US President Donald Trump.

The last day of the visit, January 22, will begin with a meeting with representatives of the Polish media. Then the president will hold talks with Israeli President Yitzhak Hercog and Cisco CEO Chuck Robbins. We also plan to participate in the next IGWEL meeting, this time devoted to Europe's new geopolitical approach, and talk with Prime Minister of Croatia, Andrej Plenkovic. The visit to Davos will be concluded with President Nawrocki's speech on the Three Seas Initiative.
