Inzhur made the first exit with an income of 58% in currency
On June 12, a sales of an area of 366 m² for McDonald's in Brovary in a private investor for $ 1.83 million is completed. This is the first Exit Inzhur and the second agreement with this investor for McDonald's.
The construction of the facility was fully funded by Inzhur 2001 investors in 4 hours 20 minutes in September 2024. The total investment is $ 1.15 million. The restaurant opened in March 2025, previously planned.
After 9 months, profitability for investors was 58% in US dollars.
A legal audit was held before the sale of Inzhur because the buyer issued a loan from a foreign bank.
All exit funds will go to a new McDonald's object, which will become the first asset of the company outside the Kiev region.
Inzhur is the first Ukrainian Reit company to invest together in large commercial real estate.
